Aviation Careers

The primary goal for many of our students is a career working for the major airlines.  Although the major airlines require a substantial amount of flight time there are jobs that are less stringent that require less flight time.

Those jobs that could be classified as “stepping stones” for the major airline carriers includes such careers as: regional airline pilot, corporate flying, flight instructing, air taxi, charter operations flying passengers or cargo, sales and demo pilot for various aircraft dealers, photography surveying, sightseeing, power line or pipeline patrolling, air ambulance operations, flying for specialized disaster agencies, fire fighting, wildlife surveying, test pilot, law enforcement agencies, traffic reporting, banner towing, glider towing, transporting parachute jumpers, or crop dusting.
